I declare that the information I have supplied on this form is, to the best of my knowledge, complete and correct. I understand that the giving of false or incomplete information may lead to the refusal of my application or cancellation of enrolment.

I give permission for PUIC to obtain official records from any educational institution that I have attended. I also authorise PUIC to supply any relevant official records to educational institutions to which I am seeking admission, to government bodies and to parents/sponsors if required.

I understand that course fees are subject to review; I accept the conditions as laid out in the PUIC Payment and Refund Policy, and accept liability for the payment of all course fees as outlined within.

I understand that living expenses in the United Kingdom may be higher than in my own country and confirm that I am able to meet those costs. I hereby consent to PUIC disclosing my personal information to third parties in the manner set out in the PUIC Privacy Policy, which includes:

  • Disclosure to PUIC representatives (agents or partners) acting on mine or PUIC or Navitas’s behalf
  • Disclosure to University of Plymouth to facilitate progression from PUIC to the next stage of my studies
  • Disclosure to Navitas Ltd and its affiliates for the purpose of communication regarding pathways and services offered by Navitas Ltd and its related companies

If you are not a UK or EU national. there are times when we may need to contact the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to find out more information in relation to your application, to ensure that you are eligible to study with us and to allow us to comply with immigration legislation.

Once we receive your application, we may request an Immigration Check from the UKVI, which will provide us with your previous UK immigration history or pending visa applications. We may also request copies of any previous immigration documentation that the UKVI may hold about you. This might include, but is not limited to, previous visa refusals, or relevant other supporting documentation. If we issue you a CAS, we may ask the UKVI for evidence of your visa outcome, or the status of a pending visa application.

If your visa application is unsuccessful, we may ask for a copy of your visa application interview transcript, or other documentation that the UKVI hold in relation to your visa application.
